The Hero of Our Days. There are many heroic professions, but they are dangerous and difficult. Such professions as: fireman, doctor, savior and policeman. The word «police» has ancient Greek roots. The literal translation is «city, state.»The police of Kazakhstan is a relatively young, and this year it will be 27 years old. Every day Kazakh police heroically stand guard over order, protecting citizens of the country. A policeman must be strong and brave. The prime example of the hero of our days is Omirzhan Temirbekov. He has been serving in the internal police since August 2002. On June 9, 2016, a regular day began for him in the service in Nur-Sultan. He was returning from work to dinner, but suddenly he heard children crying for help. Omirzhan saw a boy lying face up in the water. Without hesitation, the police captain rushed into the river, took out the child and called an ambulance.
