Venice is the one of places on Earth where a dream meets reality. Exploring the Floating City is a memorable adventure. Whether you travel by water taxi or meander through the city’s famous St. Mark’s Square, you’ll be completely taken by Venice’s charm and mysteries.

Venice is unlike any other city in the world in terms of its environment, architecture, and it was once known as la serenissima («the most serene» or «sublime»). It is one of the world’s oldest tourist and cultural centers, as well as a major Italian port in the northern Adriatic Sea.

Venice is commonly described as «belonging to another world»: visitors frequently describe a unique atmosphere that transports them to some other universe.

This city was also known as the ‘Republic of Music’ such was its influence as one of the most important European centres for music. And the city was the home of one of the earliest printing presses and became the capital of European printing in the 15th Century. Still there are a rich source of art today also.

The city’s beating heart is «Piazza San Marco,» the city’s only square. As you approach the square from the sea, you are overcome by the sensation of being engulfed by an authentic art and culture triumph. The «Basilica di San Marco» with its five naves is in the square’s center; alongside the basilica is the Palazzo Ducale, and in front of it is the San Marco bell  tower. This magical place is also the ideal location for a stop at Caffè Florian, an ancient Italian café dating back to the 1700s, or for exclusive shopping with many well-known brands and greater ateliers.

In a classic and exclusive gondola tour, Venice reveals its most romantic side. This classic lagoon boat with its distinctive gondolier represents an unforgettable:  enjoying the city from the water at sunset is a breathtaking sight. Venice’s colors and soft lights reflect on its canals. Its beauty and elegance are timeless.
