We all know that eating of healthy foods helps us to
live longer and to ward off the danger of strokes or
heart disease. A healthy lifestyle, which includes and
regular exercise and a diet with lots of fruit and
vegetables, not only keeps the doctor away but also
makes us to feel good. Being in good health is an
important way for to reduce stress, but this is not the
only benefit of eating properly. In particular, the types
of food that we eat influence on our moods. Eating
carbohydrate-rich foods like breads, cereals, rice and
pasta it causes the production of seratonin, which
makes us feel calm. Fruit and vegetables also set off
the production of this chemical, but in too smaller
doses. Milk, cheese and the yoghurt can also help,
especially when they eaten together with
carbohydrates. The next time you feel stressed, try a little
piece bread and a glass of milk and you’ll feel relaxed in
no time.

Dairy products. Types of food in this category, like milk and cheese, have a lot of calcium and vitamin D. These two elements protect your bones. You should consume milk, cheese or yoghurt every day.
Meat, fish anf beans. This category also includes eggs and nuts. These types of food give you iron, magnesium and protein. White meat, such as chiken, is better for you than fatty, red meat.
Fats and oils. A little oil every day (about five six spoonfuls) is useful heart disease.
Eat wisely. If you eat a balanced diet, you will fell great, look great, and always be healthy!

To be healthy is very important. You can work, learn and have fun only when you are healthy. Health is the man’s greatest wealth. Of course, you can inherit some problems from your parents. But you can always keep your health if you want to. As for me, the healthy way of life does not mean to look, like a top model or a ballet-dancer. The human body needs a little fat, about 10% but not much more. So the first rule of healthy way of life is to have normal weight, not to be overweight, and not to change your weight quickly. There are two ways to do so. You can regulate your diet and your exercise. I know some facts about these ways. People in all times understood how important food is. To be healthy you need vitamins and fiber. You should eat fruit and vegetables. The English say «An apple a day keeps the doctor away». It is because apples have vitamins and are good for your health. The most important vitamin is vitamin C, You can find it in lemons, oranges and even in cabbage. You can find fiber in plants. As for me, I eat fruit or vegetables every day. In the evening I usually have cabbage or boiled beetroots. But if you eat fruit and vegetables, it does not mean that you keep to a healthy diet; there are things you should not eat much. They are chocolate, pasta, cakes and sweets. They have much fat and sugar. This food gives a lot of energy. If you do not work it out it becomes fat in your body. I don’t want to become fat. That is why I have apples or bananas lunch. I eat sweets from time to time.If you eat sweets and fat food from time to time, you have to exercise regularly. Many people jog, walk or cycle in their free time. Physical exercises help you keep fit and have a good figure. They also help you lose weight and work out energy. It is not good to be as thin, as a stick, but extra weight can cause serious problems, such as heart problems and diabetes. In my free time I walk with my friends or my sister. I try to walk when it is possible. For example, if I can walk or go by bus, I choose to walk. There are also some bad habits, which can ruin your health. They are smoking, drinking alcohol and using drugs. My parents don’t smoke, and I don’t smoke, either. I think these bad habits ruin health and show your weak character. Nowadays it becomes more and more popular to be healthy and slim. Everyone has to decide what he can do to be healthy.

Happiness is the only true measure of personal success. Making other people happy is the highest expression of success, but it’s almost impossible to make others happy if you’re not happy yourself.

1. Look forward to each day and expect good things to happen to you.

3. Give a gift to everyone you meet.
I’m not talking about a formal, gift-wrapped present. Your gift can be your smile, a word of thanks or encouragement, a gesture of politeness, even a friendly nod. And never pass beggars without leaving them something. Peace of mind is worth the spare change.
4.Don’t discuss things for which there is no “right” answer.
Arguments about politics and religion never have a «right» answer but they definitely make people angry or upset about things they can’t control. When such topics arise say something like: «Let’s talk about something else because that topic will only upset us.”
5.Treat people with respect.
Since you can’t read minds.You don’t really know why people act the way they do,so treat everyone how you yourself would like to be treated .It doesn’t matter if people sometimes don’t treat you similarly ,but at least you have tried.That will make you feel good.
6. Eat high quality food slowly.
Sometimes we can’t avoid eating food that we know is not really good for us. Even so, at least once a day try to eat something that is really delicious and good for your. Eat is slowly. Concentrate on it; taste it; savor it.
7. Let go of your results.
The big enemy of happiness is worry, which comes from focusing on events that you cannot control. Once you’ve taken action, there’s usually nothing more you can do. Focus on what you are doing at present and don’t think of all the bad things that could happen.
8. Turn off «background» TV.
Many households leave their TVs on as «background noise» while they’re doing other things. The entire point of TV is to make you dissatisfied with your life so that you’ll buy more things. Select the programmes you watch carefully.Learn to appreciate silence.
9. End each day with gratitude.
Just before you go to bed, write down at least one wonderful thing that happened to you that day. It might be something as small as a making a child laugh or something as huge as making a lot of money. Whatever it is, be grateful for that day because it will never come again.

Healthy Food
1 Eating is fun, especially when you are hungry. Most people have a favourite
food. Some people enjoy eating sweet things like cakes, chocolate and ice cream. Other
people enjoy savory foods like cheese and meat. Enjoying eating is our body’s way of
making sure that is gets the things it needs to work properly.
2 Food helps us to keep warm, talk, run and do all the other things we do. It helps
us to grow and stay healthy.
3 Vitamins also help us to be healthy. Scientists name vitamins after the
alphabet. All of them are very important, for example: vitamin C keeps our skin and
