    Recipe for Spaghetti Bolognese:

    Ingredients:

    400g ground meat (beef or a mix of beef and pork)
    1 onion (finely chopped)
    2 celery stalks (chopped)
    2 carrots (chopped)
    2 cloves of garlic (minced)
    400g canned tomatoes (crushed)
    200ml beef or vegetable broth
    2 tablespoons tomato paste
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Olive oil
    400g spaghetti (cooked according to package instructions)
    Instructions:

    Heat a bit of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
    Add the chopped onion, celery, and carrots. Sauté until the vegetables are softened.
    Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
    Add the ground meat and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
    Pour in the crushed tomatoes, beef or vegetable broth, and tomato paste. Stir well.
    Season the mixture with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
    While the sauce is simmering, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
    Serve the Bolognese sauce over the cooked spaghetti. Optionally, garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
